Thematic Trips
The Friends of Villa Kolkis arrange in cooperation with Travel agents themed, tailor-made trips to Leros and other places focusing on Mediterranean culture. It also offers to customize trips and tours for groups who want to visit specific locations of historical or cultural interest in this part of the world.

A novelty of this year is the themed trip “The Greece of Göran Schildt”  to Athens and Leros, which takes place on 4–15.10.2019. Classical scholar and former director of the Finnish Institute in Rome, Kaj Sandberg, and history teacher and writer, Sture Lindholm, will be tour guides. The popular writing workshops and essay writing courses at Leros continue. This year, Monika Fagerholm’s writing workshop at Villa Kolkis, Leros, takes place on 4–11.5.2019.
